The Art of Feeling Better
This one hour class is designed to deepen the voice of the Body-Sensation! Through gentle, joyful movements, you will develop a deeper relationship with your body. It will help you begin to make choices that will enable you to FEEL BETTER in your body and in your life.
Anyone will benefit from Nia’s Moving to Heal program which was originally designed for people with chronic or life-threatening conditions: cancer, anxiety, grief, depression, Parkison’s, injuries and more. It is also great for care-givers and people who would like to start an exercise program at a slower pace.
