The $10 fee is for those who will be joining Kelsey for the first time. Beginners are welcome! With heart and soul, she will guide you through a gentle morning body awakening. 

Kelsey is a 200 HR RYI who uses slow mindful movement yoga to build strength, increase flexibility, and turn awareness inward- each a powerful key to healing body, mind, and spirit. Each class is an opportunity to connect with your breath- the innate source of healing we each have inside of us.

Classes are completed with the healing vibrations of crystal bowls to more fully integrate your practice and send you off feeling lighter and at ease.
